The No-BS Guide to Workout Supplements by Michael Matthews

I was not expecting to get so much out of a quick, free Kindle download. This book really surprised me with its easy break-downs of all the various categories of workout supplements on the market right now, what they are supposed to do, and which ones actually work. I learned quite a bit about why I would want certain things, and how to look for low-quality health products. I found myself frequently running back and forth between the Kindle and the kitchen cabinet, to read the ingredient lists on the various protein powders/fish oils I already have. Good read!
